Marketing and Development Internships

Westchester Philharmonic seeks an intern to assist in its small but busy administrative office with a variety of projects, including: donor research and correspondence; marketing projects related to promoting season events; preparation of solicitation and promotional mailings; maintenance of fundraising and email databases; organization of archives; fundraising and concert event production support and other clerical tasks. 

This is an excellent opportunity for high school seniors, college students and/or recent college graduates with a background and interest in music, performing arts, nonprofits, education, arts administration, marketing and fundraising. Qualified candidates will be independent; organized; possess excellent writing, computer and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated interest in the arts; and be enthusiastic and flexible. 

Requirements: This is an unpaid internship. Interns will have an opportunity to attend concerts and special events at the Philharmonic. Two to three days per week minimum. Approximately 10am to 4pm. Dates and times flexible. 

Location: 170 Hamilton Ave, Suite 350 White Plains, NY. Walking distance to bus and the White Plains Metro North station.

Office and Concert Volunteers
The Westchester Philharmonic has opportunities for volunteering in our office and at our events. If you are a music lover and are looking for a way to get involved, please consider joining us! We are able to provide concert tickets in exchange for your time. High school students are welcome.
