Ticket Policies and Box Office Information
Tickets to the Westchester Philharmonic can be purchased by contacting the Box Office at (914) 682-3707 ext. 10 Monday-Friday from 10 am to 5:30 pm; 10 am to 1:30 pm on Fridays in July and August.
On performance days at The Performing Arts Center all ticket transactions must be made through The Performing Arts Center at (914) 251-6200 or by visiting in person at 735 Anderson Hill Road in Purchase, NY from 12 noon until curtain. Tickets purchased at The Performing Arts Center are subject to additional fees.
Payment Options
Westchester Philharmonic welcomes Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover as forms of payment. Personal checks are accepted up to seven business days prior to an event. There is a $20 charge for all returned checks.
Concert Location
All events, unless otherwise specified, take place at The Performing Arts Center at Purchase College at 735 Anderson Hill Road in Purchase, NY. For directions, please click here.
Refund Policy
Please remember that tickets for Westchester Philharmonic events may not be refunded or exchanged. All ticket sales are final upon receipt of cash, check or authorized credit card number and seats have been assigned. All programs, artists, dates, times and prices are subject to change.
Ticket Exchanges
We are happy to offer subscribers the ability to exchange their subscription seats within the series.However, all exchanges must be made at least 48 hours prior to the concert.
There are 2 simple ways to exchange your tickets:

By Mail: Mail us your tickets (Westchester Philharmonic, 123 Main Street, 9th Floor, White Plains, NY 10601) and include a daytime phone number where we may contact you.

By Fax: Cut your tickets in half length-wise and photocopy them. Fax this copy to us at (914) 682-3716 along with your daytime phone number.
Your new tickets will be mailed to you if the exchange is made 10 days or more prior to the concert, otherwise your tickets will be held at the Box Office at The Performing Arts Center and will be available on the day of the concert.
Every effort will be made to provide you with the same or comparable seats. NOTE: Ticket exchanges cannot be made through The Performing Arts Center Box Office.
Ticket Donations
The Westchester Philharmonic is a professional not-for-profit organization. If you are unable to attend your scheduled concert, you may donate your tickets to us. The value of your donated tickets is tax-deductible and will be acknowledged by mail. Tickets cannot be replaced, donated or exchanged for past performances.
To donate your tickets, call us at (914) 682-3707 x10 no later than 5 pm on the Friday before the performance. Tickets cannot be donated at The Performing Arts Center Box Office.
Lost Tickets
If you ever misplace or lose your tickets, don’t panic. Just come by the Box Office at The Performing Arts Center on the day of the concert and we’ll arrange replacement vouchers for your seats.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets for each event are mailed 2-3 weeks prior to the concert date. If you do not receive your single tickets at that time, please contact the Box Office at (914) 682-3707 ext. 10. Subscription tickets and ticket exchanges are mailed within two weeks from the date that an order is received. Tickets ordered less than 10 days prior to the concert will be held for pick-up at the box office on the day of the performance.
Cancellations & Postponements
In the event of dangerous weather conditions, performances may be postponed or cancelled. If this occurs, please do not discard your tickets. All ticket-holders will be contacted with further information about their ticketing options following a postponement/cancellation.
Gift Certificates
Tickets to the Philharmonic make a perfect gift for any occasion! We are happy to reserve (and even mail) tickets purchased by you for your loved one. Please contact the Box Office at (914) 682-3707 ext. 10 to place your order.
Contacting a Patron
In the event of an emergency, a caller with your seat location may request that you be located. An usher will notify you as soon as possible and escort you to a telephone. (914) 251-6200 may be used as an emergency number during all Philharmonic concerts.
Handicapped Accessibility
The Concert Hall is accessible to audience members with disabilities. Wheelchair seating is available on the Orchestra level – please be sure to notify the Philharmonic of your needs when you place your ticket order.
Group Tickets
We welcome groups at the Philharmonic and are happy to provide group rates for 10 or more individuals to single events. Please contact the Box Office at extension 10 or via e-mail at tickets@westchesterphil.org to discuss how we can accommodate your group.
Student & Child Tickets
The Philharmonic encourages young people to attend performances and is pleased to offer half price tickets to anyone under the age of 25 (proof of age required). Tickets can be purchased in advance by phone or at the Box Office on the day of the event.
Late Seating
In fairness to those already seated, all patrons arriving after the concert has begun will be seated at an appropriate break in the music at the discretion of the management.
Cameras and Recording Equipment
Cameras and recording equipment are not allowed in the concert hall without prior written consent from the Westchester Philharmonic. Unauthorized recording or picture-taking (including camera phone images) are prohibited.
