Laura Michelle Kelly created the stage role of Mary Poppins in London’s West End, earning the Olivier Award for Best Actress. Currently starring as Anna Leonowens in the national tour of The King and I opposite Jose Llana, Laura recently completed a year and a half run playing Sylvia Llewelyn Davies in the Broadway production of Finding Neverland, starring opposite Matthew Morrison and Kelsey Grammer.
On the Winter Pops program are Broadway, American Songbook, holiday and classical favorites including Favorite Things, All I Want for Christmas is You plus Disney and Broadway hits Shall We Dance, Get Happy, Almost Like Being in Love, and Let It Go.
Ted Sperling conducts this annual holiday event which also includes a special appearance by our February artist, Kelly Hall-Tompkins, performing her acclaimed solos from Fiddler on the Roof.
