Lawrence DiBello, Horn

Lawrence DiBello has performed extensively in the NYC metro area. He is currently a member of the Westchester Philharmonic and the American Symhony as well as principal horn of the Mostly Mozart Festival Orchestra at Lincoln Center. Some of the other organizations he makes frequent appearances with are the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, NYC Ballet Orchestra and American Composers Orchestra among others. He has also been a member of many Broadway show orchestras over the years, most notably Cats, Jesus Christ Supertar, Oklahoma and Fiddler on the Roof revivals, Nine and most recently, Mary Poppins. In 1990, Mr. DiBello was awarded the Naumburg Chamber Music Award as a member of the Saturday Brass Quintet.
